Shipping Policies
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $20 shipping to the continental U.S. Shipping rates for international orders and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address. Shipping costs are determined by current USPS rates.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
Please note, shipping times are an estimate and can vary. They do not guarantee an exact arrival date. Pop + Paper is not responsible for refunding late orders as we have no control over shipping once it has left our warehouse.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
The address you enter at check out will be the address where your order is shipped. If an order is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, Pop + Paper is not responsible for refunding or replacing the order so please check to make sure you have entered the correct shipping address.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
No worries! If you accidentally enter the incorrect address at check out or need to update it, please reach out to orders@pop-paper.com immediately to make any changes. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped then we are unable to make any accommodations. All address changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If an address change incurs additional shipping costs, then the customer will be responsible for covering them before the order will ship.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We offer USPS international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Pop + Paper is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. At this time, we are only able to ship wallpaper, rugs and pillows to the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES?
Yes! Our team ships orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
WILL MY ENTIRE ORDER SHIP TOGETHER?
Yes, generally all your items will ship together. Sometimes when an order contains Art Prints and multiple cards, it may ship in two separate packages. These items will ship separately from any additional items in your order. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. You will only be charged for the shipping fee quoted during checkout.
